THE UNBREAKABLE RULES
You are here because you are a rulebreaker, but these rules are the unbreakable ones. Make sure to obey The Unbreakable Rules, or the bosses with no doubts will bang you with their guns
I. FC: All Stars! All type of RPs are also accepted to send their form.
II. One Account PER person.
III. Must be updating your character [GEN-RP] at least once in a week AND must be doing a plot, whether self-plot or with partners [OC/AURP] at least once in 2 weeks.
IV. Mingle with agency mates [talk to members and be friendly] is a must there is no exceptions, but you don’t have to make a greeting.
V. Free usernames, but it is necessary to put the information if your character on bio or somewhere else on profile.
VI. Be active, this is an order. The bosses will bang you on the head if you don’t interact with members in 5 days.
VII. RT bots, weird DN, twins, are not allowed. [unless your character has a real twin].
VIII. Do not ignore nor neglect the bosses.
IX. Inform us if you want to take a hiatus or leaving the agency, please also tell us the reasons why. Hiatus: Max 14 Days.
X. Do not make such a fuss or drama, any types of drama. If you have something’s going on with other members do inform us on DM.
XI. NSFW are only allowed from 1PM KST - 5PM KST.
XII. LOVEWINS anyway.
XIII. To everyone, maximum followings: 700.
XIV. For newly made accounts, minimum tweets are 150.
XV. Language, 80% ENG : 20% your mother tongue.
XVI. If you break any of the rules (purposively or not), you will get our warning. 3 warnings will lead to an immediate unverification.
XVII. 4 days being inactive without letting us know will get you a warning. 5 days will lead you to an immediate unverification

HOW TO BE A HOOLIGAN
1. Please check the availability of your character by asking us directly through DM/mention or by checking our following list. ( Ignore this if you're here at the Grand Opening )
2. If your desired character is available, we'll send you a form to fill. After you filled the form, you can send us a DM with format:
"Hi, Bosses! I'm ( your full name & occupation ). I'm ready to be a Hooligan and I have submitted my form. Insert the HD picture of your character in portrait and monochrome, no fantaken. ( It would be great if you send us a picture of you with formal suit/gangsta-look. But if you don't have one, it's totally fine. )
3. Wait for our response. If you later got accepted, means you're already a part of us. Please put 3.18.9.13.5 somewhere on your profile.
